As a undergraduate teaching assistant, I found a passion for helping my students understand chemistry. However, I quickly realized the time I spent with my students was insufficient. The difficult chemistry concepts required more time to understand than the four hours a week I had to offer them.  For this reason, I decided to make short informational videos and post them on a YouTube channel called Teach Me to Science.

I absolutely love sharing my passion for science with the world. My hope for this platform is to provide the insight and tips for students who, like myself, are first generation. As a first generation student, I wish I had someone who could teach me to science (or teach me to college in general).
